Samples

We are happy to provide a sample of any of our stationery at the relevant price plus postage and packing.  We will refund all sample costs once you have placed an order with us.  Please email or telephone with details of which sample is required, we will contact you with how to pay.

Proofs

It is the client's responsibility to proof read and check all items are correct.  Whilst every effort is made to ensure your items are identical, slight variations can occur as every item is completely hand made.

Ordering

A deposit of £50 is required when placing an order.  This deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is to be paid on completion of the order.  No order will be delivered until full payment is received.

Quotes

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote.

Delivery

All orders are either hand delivered if you live locally or despatched using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Raffinato Wedding Stationery will take special care when packing your order so it arrives in perfect condition but we cannot be held liable for damage in transit.

Cancellations

Please inform us as soon as possible in writing if you wish to cancel your order.  Cancellation charges may apply.

Delivery

Please contact Raffinato Wedding Stationery if you require a refund, this must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
